15.3 Jurisdiction and governing law

All matters arising from or related to this whitepaper are governed by the laws of Switzerland.

Any dispute or claim shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Zug, Switzerland, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

The issuer entity is incorporated in Switzerland and operates under Swiss legal principles for blockchain-based projects, with full respect for European regulatory frameworks such as MiCA and GDPR.
