ARX is structured to operate as a compliant, transparent, and privacy-respecting ecosystem from its inception. The project’s legal and regulatory framework has been developed to align with Swiss law, upcoming European Union MiCA regulations, and international standards on data protection and anti-money laundering (AML).

Compliance is not treated as a limitation but as an essential foundation that enables sustainable growth, institutional partnerships, and user confidence. The framework ensures that ARX remains legally robust while preserving user autonomy and decentralization.
